Here’s another post on The Cathay Restaurant, but this time round it’s about their daily dim-sum serving. This restaurant needs no introduction, having been around for more than 50 years, which is quite a remarkable feat for any eateries these days. Was there for brunch the other day and I personally think they actually have really good dimsum going on there. I strongly recommend some of their exceptional dishes like the XO Sauce Fried Carrot Cake & the Deep Fried Prawn Toast (see below). And how can you call this a Yum-Cha session without the ever-popular ‘Prawn Chee Cheong Fun’ and Lotus Leaf Glutinous Rice!
