Yung Kee, HongKong

If you’ve been to Hongkong at least once before and happens to be a fan of roast meat (which I presume you should, come on, everyone knows Hongkong is famous for their roast pork, goose, chicken and blah blah blah!). Then I’m sure you must have heard of Yung Kee, one of the most famous Chinese restaurant in Hongkong, if not, across Asia. They are particularly known for their signature roast goose, a dish that has been awarded Michelin-star status in their heydays. It used to be my top favourite must-eat whenever I’m in Hongkong, but in recent years, their standard has dipped a fair bit, and prices has gone up significantly perhaps due to the influx of tourists.
So would I recommend this place for some delicious roast goose? Definitely, because they are still one of the better tasting ones in Hongkong! They serve pretty good cantonese dishes too, but just make sure you don’t over-order!
