Hainanese Chicken Rice Ball

I’m sure everyone is familiar with Singapore’s signature dish, the Hainanese Chicken Rice. But what is so special about this stall is their traditional way of preparing the chicken and are probably one of the few stalls that still painstakingly hand-made each and every piping hot ‘rice ball’. They have really good chilli, which is a must-have for chicken rice, if you’d ask me! This place spots a very long que every weekend, so be ready to wait! The only tiny thing I’ve against them are the abnormally huge cuts of chicken they serve, I seriously think they can cut them a little smaller for a better bite!
