Gyoza-Ya

One of the few places in town that specialises in Japanese Gyoza, and apparently, they are also rated as Singapore’s No.1 spot for Gyoza. Personally for me, I find their gyoza sitting slightly above the average zone, with the usual thinly rolled see-through gyoza skin coupled with substantial fillings. But they did impress me with some very interesting flavours. Like the Mentaiko Gyoza and their signature Red King Crab Gyoza, which I thought was pretty refreshing. That aside, I’d avoid the other side dishes completely though, very forgettable.
