When it comes to hotel buffets, Melt Café at Mandarin Oriental would certainly be one of the names you’ll hear. Their slightly pricey but very wholesome Seafood Buffet comes with a wide range of premium lobsters, crabs, oysters etc. Apart from that, you get really yummy cooked food as well, and they’ve got an outdoor grill too, that’s a must-try when you’re there! Personally, I’ve been to quite a number of hotel buffets, and Melt Café is definitely one of the nicer ones out there.
